Online applications for the admissions can be accessed, filled and submitted through the Online Admission Portal (www.uokadmission.edu.pk) of the University. Candidates seeking admission in various programs of the University are advised to follow the steps given below while submitting their applications:

Step 1 – Sign up/Register : Candidate should sign-up or register at theOnline Admission Portal ( www.uokadmission.edu.pk) of the University by using her/his CNIC (or Form B, if age is below 18 years) number, valid email address and password (at least 6 characters).

Step 2 – Sign in : Candidate should sign in the Online Admission Portal by using the CNIC and password (which she/he registered through Step 1).

Step 3 – Access the Form and Read Admission Criteria : Candidate should access the Admission Application Form(s) by clicking the name of desired program (either on the dashboard or within the Active Calls in the Side Bar). Candidate should also read the Eligibility and Admission Criteria for desired Program/Department(s) carefully before filling the admission form. Candidates are also advised to check the last year’s Admission Closing Percentages for the desired Program/Department(s) for guidance. After reviewing the eligibility and admission criteria, the candidate should submit the Admission Form Processing Fee in any online branch of the Habib Bank Limited (HBL Account No. 00427991786203). Candidate would be asked to attach scanned copy/image of the Fee Paid Deposit Slip with the online form.

Step 4 – Fill in the Admission Form : Candidate should fill in the admission form by providing information in each field of the form. All fields are mandatory. Fields in the red box would affect the admission procedure and hence be filled carefully. Any incorrect/false information is liable to rejection of the admission form. After filling in the academic record, candidate should click the “ show” button to access the list of the Departments/Programs, for which she/he is eligible (based on her/his academic record). Candidate should choose the Program/Department(s) in order of preference.

Step 5 - Attach Supporting Documents : Once the form is filled, candidate should attach the required/supporting documents, as listed in the form. Scanned copies/images of the documents are required (in jpeg, gif or png format only). The scanned images should be clear and text/values in the images should be easily legible.

Step 6 – Review and Submit the Form : Candidate should then click the “Preview” button to review the form. At this stage candidate should review the filled information, attached documents and declaration carefully. If the information and attached documents are complete and correct, then she/he can click “Submit” button for the submission of the form. In case of any correction in the filled form, the candidate should go back and refresh the webpage before filling in the form again. Candidate can “update” the information in the form till the closing date.
