Depression quest is a simulation of depression with "choose your own story" elements along the way. Containing over 40k words and about 150 unique experiences to unfold it constantly changes with your choices to sound/music until one of the variety of endings.

It was created to help people without depression gain a deeper understanding about why people with depression do certain things. It's gotten a lot of flak for not being accurate or being badly written/unrealistic but from my experience it perfectly shows how small decisions can spiral out of control. 7/10 portraying the experience of a mental illness.
