In today’s tutorial, I’ll show you how to make a rhinestone pen with a heart pattern! This bling pen is a little more advanced than others, but the end result is worth the additional time and effort! For this project you will need a pen, rhinestones, sandpaper, GemTac glue, a precision tip bottle, and a wax pencil. There are links to all the products I used below.
