Hello, today I have shared with you how to make puffed potatoes or the same meteri. They are incredibly crispy and delicious, and the amount of oil they absorb is the same as fried potatoes.

🔴I wrote the amount of corn starch as two to three tablespoons because the absorption of potatoes is different. You should add it little by little and knead it, and your dough should not be stiff.

You should calculate that your dough is so soft that it does not fall apart and comes out of the funnel easily.

So don't mix a bag of starch in it and it will suddenly turn into a rock because we don't want to get into a fight 😂🙈

🔴There is no substitute for cornstarch. I posted a tutorial earlier and showed you the difference between starches. If you get them mixed up, watch that tutorial 🙃

🔴Don't fry them too much or they will get too fried and dry inside. They will be delicious, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. 😁What happened?

Frying oil as needed
3 potatoes
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Salt, black pepper as needed
Garlic powder as needed
Bread flour as needed
Two eggs
Two tablespoons chopped parsley

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Total cooking and preparation time: 40 minutes
