Oklahoma Joe’s Bronco Pro first impressions with sealing instructions and overall review.

Описание к видео Oklahoma Joe’s Bronco Pro first impressions with sealing instructions and overall review.

Today I unboxed, and assembled the Oklahoma Joe Bronco Pro drum smoker. After sealing everything up with food grade RTV, I did the initial burn in and used flaxseed oil vs canola. I prefer the high smoke point of the flaxseed and have been seasoning cast iron with it for years. Instead of wasting a good fire I put on a rack of baby back ribs. They turned out amazing and the heat management was fantastic. If you are debating a new drum smoker, look no further. This smoker has exceeded my expectations. I included what I did and my recommendations but that is my sole opinion. After the cook I made this video trying to detail my sealing process and initial first impressions. The OKJ Bronco Pro held rock solid temps and even with a 450 degree burn in, it still had enough fuel for a 6 hour rib cook using only a 1/2 basket of B&B Oak Lump Charcoal.
