Masala peanuts :

For Coating:
Raw peanuts - 500 grams
Garlic cloves - 25 grams
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Gram flour ( Besan ) - 2 tbsp
Rice flour - 1.5 tbsp
Asafoetida- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Sprinkle little Water
Cooking oil for frying

For final preparation :
Chaat masala - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
