Some songs feature a dissonant melody that sets a mood for the listener, evoking that feeling of being alone with your demons in your room—listening to music, dancing, crying, appreciating, or simply contemplating something new for your ears. Drawing from the Future Garage genre and other more underground styles of dark, gothic electronic music.

(Dissonance in musical melodies is often stigmatized or avoided because it makes some listeners uncomfortable. It's time to change that.)
