Ingredient:
Minced beef: 500g
Onion: 1, chopped
Mushroom: 200g, chopped
Green onion: 4 stalks, chopped (white & green parts separated)
Garlic: 10 cloves, minced
Oyster sauce: 2 tbsp
Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
Mirin: 2 tbsp
Brown sugar: 2 tbsp
Chicken powder: 1 tsp
Pepper: to taste
Sesame oil: 1 tsp

Instructions:
