Gloomhaven insert/organizer from e-Raptor

What’s in the box, a speed up assembly of the insert and a look at the finished inserts with token and cards.
How does it fit in the box and can you place the game vertically or only horizontally?

If you want to follow how I assembled the insert, then I will recommend first watching it all, because at some point I do go down a path I should not have taken (sequence from 3:10 to 4:10)
