• 1 tbsp Black Pepper, काली मिर्च
• 1 tbsp Cumin, जीरा
• 1 cup All Purpose Flour, मैदा
• ½ tsp Salt, नमक
• 1.5 tbsp Pure Ghee, शुध्ध घी
• ¼ cup Water, पानी
Ingredients for the second dough layer:
• 1 cup All Purpose Flour, मैदा
• ¼ tsp Turmeric, हल्दी
• ½ tsp Salt, नमक
• ½ tsp Chilli Flakes, चिली फ्लेक्स
• ½ tsp Oregano, ओरेगानो
• 1.5 tbsp Pure Ghee, शुध्ध घी
• ¼ cup Water, पानी
