Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday arrived in Moscow for a two-day visit, where he will meet Russian President Vladimir Putin and hold talks with him over various issues. This is PM Modi's first visit to Russia in nearly five years. Manipur has been one of the strongest weapons in the arsenal of Congress-led opposition to attack Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his government since May last year when ethnic violence broke out between Meitei and Kuki communities in the state claiming more than 200 lives. Discussing it, one of the panelists, Guru Prakash Paswan says ' Rahul Gandhi is not concerned about the issues & challenges of Manipur... He is nothing but an Ambassador of selective outrage.
