1977 Seiko quartz watch repair

This watch had been in for a new battery, but that didn't get it running and it ended up on my workbench. Potentially it was going to have a new movement fitted, but I figured it was worth having a little play to see if I could get it running first. Badly corroded battery and PCB contacts was the fault.
The cracked crystal I was specifically asked not to replace, as it is part of the story of this watch which has been handed down through the owner's family.
I've skipped over most of the actual cleaning. It was all very repetitive and makes for a long and boring video!
