'England can win Euros', says Gareth Southgate as he picks squad and drops the big guns

England manager Gareth Southgate believes his team can win this year's European Championship in Germany, as he announces his provisional squad for the tournament.

He told Sky's Rob Harris: "We're one of the teams that can win. That's our ambition to go there and do that."

Southgate also explained why he dropped experienced internationals like Marcus Rashford and Jordan Henderson.
