Currently at 143 years old, the Knight Foundry is open as a museum. The Foundry/Machine Shop was powered by a Knight Water Motor, predecessor of the Pelton Wheel. This motor drove multiple shafts and various equipment found in a machine shop. Two more Open Houses are currently scheduled for April 22, 2017 and May 27, 2017.
