Let’s talk about the “G” word in reframing aging: geriatrics. For many it conjures images of decline, disease and—well—dying. But as more of us are living longer, and seeking ways to make aging as positive and healthy as possible, there’s a new appreciation and interest in geriatric professionals. Increasingly, these providers are seen as resources for health maintenance with great expertise in how our bodies age.
