As you approach the end of 2020 and start creating a plan for 2021, I encourage you to sit down and spend some time on your goals. In this video, we will walk through some goal setting tips for women entrepreneurs.

Goals with an action plan will set you up for success in 2021! AND, if you share that goal and commit to that goal with someone that can hold you accountable, your chances of actually achieving that goal go up by up to 65%. So, find a buddy to share your goals and dreams with. Or comment below!

Please write down your goals and revisit them every day and/or weekly. Your chances of achieving your goals increase if you write them down. Visualize them. See the end goal in your mind and focus on that.

Use SMART goals. Those are goals that are: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound. (**I realize I misspoke in the video and said realistic instead of relevant - oops!) SMART goals help you be more detailed in your goal setting. Also, if you can create an action plan for each goal, do it! How will you get there?

Lastly, please remember to set goals for all facets of your life. Professional, personal, health, financial, etc. Take a holistic approach to your goals so you can enjoy a more fulfilling 2021 all the way around.
