Tory mayoral candidate Susan Hall believes she was pickpocketed on the Tube. James O'Brien has a different explanation.

"I suppose there's a slim possibility that she had encountered the world's worst pickpocketer."

The Conservative Party's choice to replace Sadiq Khan as Mayor of London lost her Oyster Card on Monday. Later that day, a member of the public returned it to her. She tells Nick Ferrari she's the 'luckiest woman in the world' - but others in London are not so lucky, pointing towards crime rates in the city. James doesn't buy it.
