Monster Hunter Wilds' latest Arch Tempered monster free challenge: The Cold Path to Oblivion. As usual, focused on getting A rank with all weapons. This run is using the Sword and Shield.

Phase 1: Do as much damage on the legs and maybe mount. Damage the head when toppled.

Phase 2: Bait in the corner, drop the boulder(s) on his head and proceed with normal damage.

Phase 3: Bait to the ice wall, drop it on him. Drop other ice boulders as the situation allows.

Phase 4: Use shock traps to stop him from moving as you see fit. Chop the tail.

Not much to say here, SnS is amazing, as usual. Between the sliding and easy repositioning, you'll be able to break all the body parts with no difficulty and chop the tail easily. The Focus Strike is also the best in the game so you'll have an easy time at controlling Jin's movement.

All in all, great monster-weapon match-up. You can match his movement and deal enough damage for it to be a fun fight.
