Hi everyone, it’s Mike with Biteable. Today, I’ll show you how to create a year-end recap video using Biteable. For this example, I’ll make a video for a fictional brand called Lumix Energy. Here’s a key tip: come prepared with a plan before starting. Outline what you want to communicate and how.

Start by organizing your ideas in a document. I’ve created a table for each scene, detailing the visuals, voiceover text, and keywords for Biteable’s stock library. This simple plan saves time and makes video creation much easier.

Let’s dive into Biteable. Click “New Video,” then choose a template. For a year-end recap, explore the “Yearly Review” category. Hover over templates to preview them. If one fits, use it. Or, start from scratch by selecting “Create Video,” choosing your brand, and adding scenes.

To build a video, pick a style. For instance, I chose “Silk” and added scenes to match my outline. Once all scenes are added, click the script editor to paste your prepared text directly into each scene. Adjust logos by clicking “Replace Media” and selecting your desired file.

Want to change stock footage? Select a scene, click “Replace Media,” search for stock videos, and insert your choice. Preview the result to ensure everything looks great.

Adding a soundtrack is easy: click “Soundtrack,” filter by genre, pick a track, and save. Biteable automatically adjusts the soundtrack to match your video length. If you add or extend scenes, the soundtrack updates accordingly.

For voiceovers, copy your text, click “Add Voiceover,” paste it in, select a voice, and generate. Ensure the voiceover fits the scene by adjusting its length or extending the scene duration as needed.

When everything is ready, click “Publish” to render your video in SD, HD, or 4K. After rendering, download it or add a call-to-action.
