If successful, Caet will be the first hiker in history to have completed the South Beyond 6000 in a Single Year Grid. We talk all about what inspired this crazy project, how she lives the 'van life' in order to make the hiking logistics easier, and a comparison between thru-hiking and peak-bagging. The South Beyond 6000 is not as popular as famous lists like the White Mountain 4000-footers or the Adirondack 46, so hopefully this episode will inspire some folks to get outside in the Southeast!
