Why 4.5.0 matters for Mini Splatling (explained here bc i didnt do a very good job): Mini Splatling having increased jump height when holding a full charge means that it can make more jumps than heavy, hydra, and nautilus (on uninkables), such as vantage points and especially ledges. heavy and hydra have to drop charge in order to make these jumps, and naut has to go into squid form, giving mini splatling significantly less downtime compared to the others. thats all
