NDPP DENIES MEDIA ALLEGATIONS OVER DELHI HIGH COURT PETITION AS BASELESS

The Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) has firmly dismissed recent allegations regarding a petition filed in the Delhi High Court, labeling them as "baseless" and "lacking merit." The party clarified that the upcoming court hearing, scheduled for December 11, 2024, pertains to an election-related complaint initially filed in 2018, which was previously rejected by the Election Commission of India in 2019 due to insufficient evidence. Since its formation in 2017, the NDPP has enjoyed electoral success, winning two state general elections and two Lok Sabha elections, as well as all bye-elections since 2018. The party asserts that questions about its registration and recognition are unfounded, emphasizing its status as a recognized political entity under the Election Commission of India.
