This is the third one I have fixed, so I must be the local expert. haha! I've tried other suggested remedies with no luck. This is a video "how-to" of how I do it. Your results MAY vary. Older Honda Accord drivers door latchs have a special feature that makes you lock the drivers door from the outside so you can't lock you keys inside. If the latch fails, the door sticks shut. I mean, It REALLY sticks shut, like.... it will never open again without major intervention.

Other videos show vague ways to drill the latch to try and pop it open, in theory this should work, I have tried for hours to no availg. My sugestion is to remove the plastic panel from the lower B pillar, remove the seat belt to the side and loosen the strike bolts from the back. You will destroy the strike, but these are cheap and plentiful
