The new model today costs over £36,000 - and these vintage versions are fabulous value for money and overlooked by the mass market.

This particular watch takes me on a journey to Stamford to visit Robert Loomes watch makers and restorers. This watch was restored and serviced by Robert Loomes in 2019 at a cost of £1700. So, I take the watch back to the Loomes workshops to meet Robert himself and lean more about the watch
