BBQ in Winter! WHY NOT? - অস্থির বারবিকিউ পার্টি! 😍

Everyone loves Barbecue, and here comes winter. So, why not? In this vlog we will share how we organized of our recent BBQ Party.

Firstly, we wanted to make BBQ Chicken, BBQ Shrimps with Some Parata. But, unfortunately we were unable to manage shrimps from local market. So, we replaced the Shrimp with CP’s Sausages.

We had our Breakfast at “Al Rahmania Biriyani & Kabab Ghor”.
Items were as follow:
Nan - 7.5/10
Paya (Nehari) - 7.5/10
Beef Tehari - 8/10

Tehari was full with cube sized beef, it was really hot. If you want to have that, then you have to visit them very early like 7:30AM in the morning. I will definitely recommend that. Price was 140 TK.

Let’s talk about the taste of the BBQ Chicken. This was actually marinated by Suzon who is my friend and they have a youtube channel called “Recipes by Sheza's Mom”.

It was little bit spicy but the flavour was awesome. And chicken was well tender and juiciness can be seen on the video. Specially the garlic flavour on the top of the chicken was amazing.

I bet you can’t find this in any other restaurants.

And another thing is, don’t forget to get CP’s sausages for your BBQ party. When you will BBQ it, it will give a great smokey flavour which will blow your tastebud out. :D
