Durlabh Rawat मूलरूप से UP के रहने वाले हैं. Durlabh Rawat ने मैकेनिकल इंजीनियरिंग में डिप्लोमा करने के बाद एक कंपनी में जॉब लग गई. करीब 12 साल तक उन्होंने इस सेक्टर में काम किया. इसके बाद खुद का कुछ शुरू करने का प्लान किया. वजह यह थी कि वह ऐसा काम करना चाहते थे, जिसमें खुद फैसले ले सकें. जिसके बाद Durlabh Rawat ने 2016 में उन्होंने नौकरी छोड़ दी और डेयरी फार्म शुरू किया. Durlabh Rawat के मुताबिक उनका यह फैसला बिल्कुल आसान भी नहीं था लेकिन तमाम उतार- चढ़ाव के बाद आज वो अभी वह दूध, दही, घी से लेकर हर उस प्रोडक्ट की मार्केटिंग करते हैं, उनकी कंपनी का नाम Barosi हैं,बात दें कि Durlabh Rawat Shark Tank India नामक रियालटी शो में भी हिस्सा ले चुके है. Durlabh Rawat की ये कहानी वास्तव में प्रेरणादायक है.
