Hey everyone! Today I'm sharing three different ways that you can create modern calligraphy with more affordable materials than a dip pen or Tombow markers. I'm going to show you how to create faux calligraphy and two different ways to create brush calligraphy. As a beginner I practiced many different forms of calligraphy, so if you're new to lettering this will definitely help you expand your skills. MATERIALS

1 - FAUX Calligraphy
basic pen
any paper the pen will write on

#2 - Crayola Brush Calligraphy
Crayola marker
any paper it will write on

#3 - Watercolor Brush Calligraphy
inexpensive watercolors (mine are Artist Loft - the Michael's brand)
water
paper towel or rag
round #3 paint brush (make sure its not too soft)
watercolor paper (or something cheaper for practice - but if it gets too wet it might wrinkle, so just find what works best for you :)
