Spending more than two years on the road supporting their debut self titled album, The Wild Feathers garnered attention from the likes of Jimmy Kimmel, Conan O’Brien, and many more. This experience of being on the road for so long laid the foundation for their next album “Lonely is a Lifetime”. Featuring an expanded palate, their current sound can be described as a reflection of all their experiences on the road, and around the world.

“Lonely is a Lifetime” was recorded in Nashville and produced by Jay Joyce (Oasis, Band Of Horses, Death From Above 1979), who helped them perfectly encapsulate The Wild Feathers mantra of not over thinking it, and playing purely for emotion.

The Wild Feathers bill themselves as the next great American rock band, and they really hit the nail on the head with that statement. It is hard to imagine another band trying to fill such a coveted spot in the canon of American music.
