🎯 Combining in the Final Third | Overload Finishing Drill

Create, combine & finish with overloads in the attacking zone! ⚡🔥

Setup:
A defined zone ending with a goal + goalkeeper
8 players split into 2 teams (e.g., Blue vs Red)
Each player starts with a ball at the opposite end of the zone
How It Works:
The first Blue player enters the zone and attacks 1v0 to score.
Then, the first Red player joins to create a 1v1.
Next round = 2v1 (Blue has the advantage).
Then 2v2, 3v2, 3v3, etc. until all players have entered.
Restart and rotate teams if needed.
Coaching Focus:
✅ Encourage quick combinations in overload moments
✅ Attack with pace and intent — take advantage before defenders recover
✅ Movement off the ball: support runs, overlaps, and finding space
✅ Decision-making in the final third: shoot, pass, or dribble?
