Lisa Gade gives an introduction to the Sony RX100 mk 4 HFR (high frame rate) or slow motion video recording feature. We demo 240, 480 and 960 fps recordings of our handy cat playing, which corresponds to 4x, 8x and 16x slowdown of normal speed. The RX100 m4 outputs HFR video at 1920 x 1080 resolution, though actual recording resolutions are lower for 480 fps and 960 fps (the camera upsamples for output). This is the fourth generation of Sony's high end pocket camera and it sells for US $998.
