How to repair Gunite Pool

I went out this morning to start cleaning the pool and saw it was low on water. After looking around the pool, I found a hole that appeared. It's a mystery why that hole appeared. I can't explain that, but I'm going to show you how to fix it. About 2 years ago I had a similar problem and I drained the pool and started getting quotes for someone to come repair it. I just happened to go to the pool supply company and they sold me a product so I could fix it myself. Then I found out I didn't even need to drain the pool. So, this time I decided to give it a try.
