Ingredients:

Shoko(Lagos spinach)

Palm oil

Blended pepper & tomatoes

Locust beans(Iru)

Onion

Salt

Seasoning cubes

Kpomo

Fresh smoked fish

Preparation:

1. Steam the spinach leaf with hot water

Wash thoroughly with cold water

2. Put sizeable pot on the cooker
then pour palm oil,add onion,stir together
then pour blended pepper & Tomatoes
then allow it to cook,add locust beans,
Add fresh smoke fish,kpomo,salt and seasoning cubes.

3. Add shoko(Lagos spinach)
then allow it to cook
Note: cook for 3mins,so that the vegetable will not over cook.
