Members of the National Students’ Union of India (NSUI), the student wing of the Indian National Congress, staged a protest outside the Union Education Ministry demanding sweeping reforms in competitive exams like SSC and UPSC.The protest focused on issues such as paper leaks, corruption, delays, and alleged irregularities in national-level exams. NSUI workers raised slogans and displayed placards calling for transparent recruitment processes and accountability from the ministry. NSUI National President Varun Choudhary led the demonstration and made a strong statement: “Our protest will continue until SSC, UPSC students get justice. The Education Ministry will have to answer.” Police later detained several protestors, but Choudhary affirmed that NSUI would not back down and would continue fighting for students’ rights.
