If you've played this game before, you probably know which Energy Cell I'm talking about.

As we are approaching the end of the game now, it was once again time to do the clean up. I already got a head start in the last video though, so I can safely say it wasn't too bad. I focused entirely on the Pirate Homeworld and Bryyo especially today and it all went very smoothly.

This is normally the point in the Metroid Prime games where there's a Fetch Quest to do in order to access the final area. Thankfully, this game was very generous with the Energy Cells to the point that I only had one to find one. That one, however is the one energy cell that I remember always taking the most amount of time in the game and is one of the most complicated items I think I've had to get in a Metroidvania in general. In case anyone wants to skip to the guide, I begin getting the Energy cell roughly one hour in, but in summary, it involved lots of use of the Ship Grapple and linking the Cliffside and Thorn Jungle sectors of Bryyo. Yeah, it can be pretty complicated for new players, but I thankfully didn't have too much trouble with it.

With every Energy Cell collected, it's time to explore the abandoned and wrecked GFS Valhalla.
