They are being used for very different tasks and very different end products. The three new MOBIREX MR 110i EVO2 mobile impact crushers with double-deck post screening units have excelled with outstanding flexibility. The new acquisition – which is being used in a limestone quarry – consists of a MOBIREX MR 110i EVO2 mobile impact crusher with double-deck post screening unit and a MOBISCREEN MSC 953i EVO classifying screen. This combination allows for a very large number of different products to be obtained. At two other sites, the two remaining MOBIREX MR 110i EVO2 impact crushers face completely different challenges. Here it is a matter of processing recycling material and mixed construction waste in the 0-600 mm size range. Although the same plant is used as in limestone, the addition of a wind sifter has proven its worth, which reliably separates light materials such as wood or plastic.
