We went to our first BrickCon this past weekend, and it was so cool! We saw so many awesome LEGO creations at Seattle BrickCon 2014: LEGO castles, LEGO trains, LEGO pirate ships and islands, LEGO spaceships, LEGO marble contraptions, LEGO mechs, LEGO R2-D2s, LEGO buildings and towns and cities, and more than one LEGO Tardis! Plus there were LEGO versions of lots of cool characters: The Doctor, Totoro, Mater and Lightning McQueen as mechs, the Avengers, Minecraft characters, Batman and Robin, the Peanuts gang in their Halloween costumes, a Furby, a My Little Pony, Grumpy Cat, Optimus Prime, and -- seriously -- Jean Claude Van Damme doing the "epic splits" stunt.

We always get inspired by a surprise box full of LEGO. My son had no idea was he was getting when he sat down to make the video...watch him get this fun surprise, then find his favorite pieces and build a spaceship for Han Solo with them.
