The Coco Butter Band is at it's core an original 2-man blues/funk/soul band from the Philadelphia area, but they include many up and coming side musicians and seasoned pros who add to their sound. Everytime you hear them live they bring a unique approach to their own songs and any covers that they play. The band at it's core features Liam Bouterre on keyboards/vocals and his brother Nate "Coco" Bouterre on drums/vocals. In April of 2013 Liam and Coco decided to form their own band after years of playing as side men with various bands. They are quickly gaining exposure in the Philly music scene playing many popular music venues, local festivals, and bars. The future is wide open for Coco Butter Band, you better get on the funk train now because it's not making any stops!
