3 Eggs
Sugar 150g (¾ cup)
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Lemon zest 1 tablespoon
Oil 120ml (½ cup)
Plain flour 250g (1 ⅔ cups)
Baking powder 3 teaspoons (15g)
Milk 150ml (½ cup, 2 tablespoons)
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons (30ml)

Measuring cup size - 240ml

Baking pan 23x11x7 cm

Bake in a preheated Oven at 170c (338f) for 35 - 40 mins
