The BEST-EVER Fried Fish Sandwich

This fried fish sandwich is about as good as it get. Crispy Panko breading on a flaky, buttery filet of cod. The condiments, including the homemade tartar sauce, put it over the top. Just amazingly delicious!

BEST-EVER FRIED FISH SANDWICH INGREDIENTS:
1 lb fresh cod, cut into 3"x3" pieces
Vegetable oil, for frying
Salt and pepper
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup water
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
4 Brioche buns
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 bunch of green leaf lettuce, roughly cut into pieces
Bread and butter pickles
