Thandai Masala & Thandai Drink

For Thandai Masala

Ingredients

-Almonds - 1/4th cup
-Pistachios - 1/4th cup
-Cashew - 1/4th cup
-Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
-Peppercorns - 10
-Water melon seeds - 2 tbsp
-Poppy seeds - 2 tbsp
-Cardamom - 8
-Dried rose petals - 4 tbsp
-Saffron/Kesar - a generous pinch
-Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
-Nutmeg - 1/4th tsp

For Thandai Drink

-Ice cubes
-2 tbsp thandai masala
-Milk - 250 ml
-Sugar - 2 tbsp

Method

-Grind Ingredients above “ For Thandai masala “
-Take a blender and add ingredients mentioned above “for thandai drink” and blend well.
