Venkatesh Anandaram started his real estate journey back in 2016 by investing in multiple single-family rental properties. He was introduced to passive real estate syndication in 2020. Since then, he has invested as a Limited Partner in several syndication deals across the sunbelt states. Venkatesh has a diverse real estate portfolio with investments in multifamily, storage, and senior assisted living asset classes, both existing and new builds.

He recently moved into an active investor relationship role in 2 deals by introducing many of his friends and coworkers to syndication passive real estate investing.

Venkatesh Anandaram is a Technology Executive in Silicon Valley with 25 years of experience in delivering world-class Enterprise data and analytics products, driving digital transformation and data enablement for Fortune 500 organizations. He has worked for large tech companies like Veritas, Symantec, Cisco, Adobe, and Atlassian. Venkatesh is based out of Bay Area, California.

His passion for real estate and experience investing in a passive role led him to develop a deep understanding of multifamily syndication mechanics. Venkatesh spends time creating awareness and educating people about the value of a diversified portfolio, emphasizing real estate passive investment opportunities leading to the creation of generational wealth and financial freedom.
