Day Trip : Tokyo to MountFuji on the Limited Express Fuji Excursion

For our final instalment of our Tokyo 2023 trip, we took a day trip to #mountfuji. Got to Shinjuku super early, got our Ekiben to eat on board and took the Limited Express Fuji Excursion Train to #Kawaguchiko. Best day of our entire trip in #Tokyo #Japan . Mount Fuji is not always visible depending on weather conditions. But we were super lucky that day. Clear beautiful blue skies with mild cloud cover. Mount Fuji was in clear sight the moment our train started pulling up towards Kawaguchiko Station. Away from the hustle and bustle of the crowd, we cycled around Lake Kawaguchi and took so many pictures and videos. There was just something about the air that was just filled with pure joy we danced ourselves silly. Hope you enjoyed this video as much as we enjoyed making it.

Pro-Tip: You can use the Tokyo Wide Pass to ride on this train as well, so you don't have to buy a seperate ticket. All you need to do is reserve you seats ahead of time. Make sure you reserve at your earliest convenience because it will book out. You can still ride the train but you will stand the entire way. On our ride back to Shinjuku, there were a lot of passengers who didn't book their seats and they stood for the entire 2 hours!
