Butter Bob's Blindfold Fat Taste Test

I fried chicken in four traditional cooking fats to see which one tasted the best.
The subject of lard causes many people to get upset. I've received many negative comments about store bought lard, so I decided to do a taste test experiment to see which traditional fat was best.
This is the first time I've done a side-by-side cooking test and one of the very rare times I've endorsed any food product by name
