LONG REVIEW: 2023 Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul Custom

I think this guitar needs no introduction. This is the "Custom". A very nice one! The latest edition of this fantastic Les Paul Custom. After playing / recording many hours of demo videos with 59 and 57 Historic Reissue Les Pauls I felt that this Custom plays better. As I'm explaining in the demo video there's something magic with the ebony fingerboard, a tad lighter neck profile...it just feels and plays like butter compared to my Historic 59  and 57 Les Pauls. 

This immediately sounds like my favourite Gibson sounds from my favourite songs. It definitely delivers that ultra warm, middle range rich character. The neck pick up is so bluesy and so "flute" like...while the bridge pickup has that bite that I love.

This is such a new guitar...it's in very very NEAR MINT condition apart from one little unserious mark on the rear edge of the guitar (check the photo please). This is a black guitar, nitro finished so it will get marked even when you look at it this proves that how new and looked after this guitar is as apart from that one little mark there's nothing else on it.
