"Put your hands behind your back or you'll be bit by the dog!" Random Encounter - Schenectady, NY

On January 26th, 2023 at 2:41pm, I was walking on Albany Street in Schenectady, New York when I saw Officer Michael C. Czub calling out to someone walking on the sidewalk before being surrounded by four Schenectady Police Officers and one Schenectady County Sheriff.
