This is the multiple fruit bin feeder unit from KW AUTOMATION. All designed and manufactured in QLD Australia for the FRUIT INDUSTRY.
This machinery line incorporates the following process -
1. BIN STACK LOADING CONVEYOR which automatically feeds the stacks of bins full of fruit into
2. the AUTO BIN DESTACKER.. Once it has lifted the top bins up from the bottom bin it is ready to feed this fruit bin into -
3. the AUTO BIN TIPPER which tips the bin into the fruit processing line (from here , the fruit is washed, sprayed, dried, graded and packaged).
The tipper with the use of several sensors, lifts the bin and tips only as much as is required at intervals until empty.
After the fruit is emptied into the grading line, the bin is lifted back down and moved out and into
4. the empty BIN STACKING SYSTEM. At the same time, a new full bin is transferred into the bin tipper.
The empty bin stacker loads the empty bins 4 high and when this is done, ejects them out onto
5. the UNLOADING BIN STACK CONVEYOR (3 x stacks of 4 empty bins) ready for the forklift to transport them away.
