A video showing how to do this combo in DT. It's not as ridiculous, since DT stops meter gain, but still possible with adjustments:
Delay the stand H more after the teleport, to account for DT's speed boost
Jump back before the RT toss
Go straight into Lunar Phase after the Jcut(ground bounce / ast2 pickup will be needed to get the wallbounce followup after)

I also included a clip of the combo after a fullscreen Jcut confirm. The combo is harder at high HSD, but can still be done. If HSD is maxed out, j.H to Helm Breaker won't combo, this can be avoided by skipping the j.H
