9. 5g Tamarind
10. 200ml Ghee
11. 400g Mushrooms
12. Salt to Taste
13. Curry Leaves

ಬೇಕಾಗುವ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳು :
1. 20 ಕೆಂಪು ಒಣ ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ
2. 2 ದೊಡ್ಡ ಚಮಚ ಧನಿಯಾ ಬೀಜಗಳು
3. 1 ದೊಡ್ಡ ಚಮಚ ಜೀರಿಗೆ
4. 1/2 ದೊಡ್ಡ ಚಮಚ ಕಾಳುಮೆಣಸು
5. 1/2 ಚಮಚ ಮೆಂತ್ಯ ಬೀಜಗಳು
6. 1/2 ಚಮಚ ಅರಿಶಿನದ ಪುಡಿ
7. 15 ಬೆಳ್ಳುಳ್ಳಿಯ ಎಸೆಳುಗಳು
8. ಒಂದು ಇಂಚು ಉದ್ದದ ಶುಂಠಿ
9. 5 ಗ್ರಾಂ ಹುಣಸೆಹಣ್ಣು
