On September 10th, Chief Noe Diaz went before Houston City Council's Public Safety Committee to address issues like HPD community engagement, budgetary shortfalls, the status of the SL Code cases and the upcoming National Night Out happening in communities all over Houston on Tuesday, October 2nd.
