GYOZA WITH WINGS 羽根つき餃子

Ingredients:
-Gyoza 15 - 24
Gyoza Recipe :   • TASTY JAPANESE GYOZA 美味しい餃子  
-Cooking oil 1/2 tbsp
-Sesame oil 1/2 tbsp

Gyoza wings:
-Potato starch 1/2 tbsp
-Hot water 3 tbsp

Methods:
1.Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. When the pan is hot, add gyoza in a single layer, flat side down.

2.Cook until the bottom of gyoza turns golden brown.

3.Spread out the potato starch & pour hot water, cover with a lid & steam gyoza for about 5 minutes or until most of the water evaporates.

4.Remove the lid to evaporate any remaining water. Add sesame oil around the pan.

5.Cook uncovered until gyoza is nice & crisp on the bottom.
Tips:
You also can gently shake the pan a few times to detach the wings from the pan.

6.Put a plate over the gyoza & flip over. Enjoy.
